By using the VibeCoder application you agree to the terms below.

1. Software “as is”

The VibeCoder software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee 100% functionality, absence of errors or fitness for any particular purpose. You use the application at your own risk.

2. Your data stays with you

All information — agent chats, tasks, settings and the contents of your projects — is stored only on your computer (in the .vibecoder1147 folder inside a project and in local preferences). The application contains no trackers, no analytics and sends nothing to external sites.

Note: the CLI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Koda) you launch through VibeCoder are third-party programs with their own terms. They talk to their services on their own.

3. Advertising

The current version of the application contains no advertising.
